ADI Customer Celebration Rocks Out ISC West
4/26/2010
More than 1,300 Dealers Invited to Customer Appreciation Event

Melville, N.Y., April 26, 2010 – ADI joined together with many of its leading vendors to host a special customer appreciation event to thank dealers for their continuous support at this year’s ISC West show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

More than 1,300 dealers had the opportunity to attend ADI’s customer appreciation event, held at the legendary House of Blues located inside the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Sponsored by more than 50 manufacturers, the event featured the amazing sounds of classic rock tribute band Yellow Brick Road. Recreating the signature hits of some of rock’s biggest acts, Yellow Brick Road captivated the audience and provided an exciting evening of entertainment. The event provided an excellent forum for dealers, vendors and the ADI team to interact and spend quality time together.

“Once again, ADI’s event at this year’s ISC West show was well done. The entertainment was excellent, and we enjoyed the night tremendously,” said Drake Allen, Owner of DEA Security Systems in Belmont, Calif. “As a customer of ADI for more than 10 years, we appreciate the value they bring to our business everyday. ADI always goes above and beyond, and we are grateful for the resources and the support they provide us with.”

“As always, ADI's hospitality brought together manufacturers from the industry in a positive light. Our ability to sponsor this event allowed HID to spend time with dealers, and share stories and laughs with multiple parties,” said Kelly Josephson, distribution channel national accounts at HID Global Corporation. “We thank ADI for their creativity in hosting this venue, and all the memories. We look forward to the next event.”

ADI provides numerous opportunities throughout the year to express appreciation to its customers. ADI events include Expo seminars, training classes, trade show events, local branch events, sweepstakes and more.

“At ADI, our customers are our number one concern and we are pleased to have the opportunity to come together with our vendor community to demonstrate our appreciation,” said John Sullivan, vice president of sales at ADI. “We are committed to helping our dealers succeed, and will continue to provide the tools and resources they need to help them win new business in today’s market.”
